The objective of CISD (Citizens’ Inspectorate for Sustainable Development) is to safeguard a high quality environment -Physical, Social and Economic- from any adverse anthropogenic impact, whether occurred or potential.
CISD mainly seeks to monitor the way of practice, decision-making and action-taking of all administration levels as well as to structure and promote rational solutions and strategies, in the sense of sustainable development, through the involvement of independent expert scientists and the encouragement of alerted and active citizens to an open participation.
